Problem

Second Servings is a food recovery and redistribution organization in Houston. 
Max, the logistic specialist of Second Serving, needs to make an overwhelming number of calls to food donors and recipient charities. Max asks us to create an App to simplify and streamline their communication with recipients and the delivery process.
User Research

Through interviewing with Max and some recipient charities, we summarized the logistic process for Second Servings and the recipient chairties from the beginning of food recovery to its delivery. 

We identifed the 5 key stages to focus on that can maimize the efficiency of food redistribution process.

We mapped out the user journey for both Max and recipients using our App.

User Interface Design (WIP)

The App UI aim to reinfroce Second Servings existing branding. After interviewing with Kristen, the marketing specialist from Second Servings, I summarized the key visual features and branding concept of Second Servings and develop the UI accordingly. 

The APP is still working in process, check later for updates!
